# Selfie Camera Subscription and Purchase Terms

Scope: Effective from Selfie Camera 1.0.2 and continuing for later versions whose purchase offerings and transaction rules are not materially changed, until these Terms are replaced

These Terms apply to auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app digital products in the Selfie Camera Android app provided by Beauty Dream Studio. A change to the app version number does not by itself create a new Terms version. These Terms continue to apply while the purchase offerings and transaction rules remain materially unchanged. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using a purchase feature.
## 1. Scope
Selfie Camera offers auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable one-time AI uses through Google Play. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Google Play terms. The final product, price, currency, billing period, offer eligibility, and payment conditions shown in the Google Play purchase confirmation apply to that transaction.
## 2. Subscription plans and Pro benefits
Depending on availability for your country or region, Google Play account, and device, Selfie Camera may offer Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly auto-renewing plans.
An active subscription unlocks the Pro benefits expressly identified on the purchase screen. Benefits may include removal of in-app advertising, advanced editing features, and AI processing uses that refresh on the displayed schedule. Except for a specific feature expressly described as unlimited on the purchase screen, a subscription does not provide unlimited use of every AI feature and does not guarantee that every cloud feature will be available in every country, on every device, or at all times. The benefits shown on the Paywall and Google Play confirmation before purchase control. Basic features remain available without Pro, and the Paywall can be dismissed.
## 3. AI uses and one-time products
- Free uses, subscription uses, and one-time purchased uses may be counted separately for each AI tool. Uses for different AI tools are not interchangeable.
- A use is consumed only after a usable result is successfully delivered. A failed or canceled submission, or a result-delivery failure, should not consume a use.
- AI uses included with a Weekly subscription are granted or refreshed weekly. AI uses included with Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are granted or refreshed monthly. The quantity granted is shown at purchase, and unused uses normally do not roll over to the next grant period.
- When subscription uses and one-time purchased uses are both available, the valid uses that expire sooner are used first.
- A one-time AI use is a consumable Google Play in-app product. It does not renew automatically and does not create recurring charges.
- Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, a purchase is refunded or revoked, or applicable law requires otherwise, purchased but unused one-time AI uses do not expire with a subscription period and remain available until successfully consumed.
- AI uses have no cash value, do not accrue interest, and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
- We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent fraud, automated abuse, or harm to service stability, but not to remove clearly purchased benefits that remain valid.
## 4. Price, taxes, and payment
The Paywall and Google Play purchase confirmation display the localized price, currency, subscription billing period or one-time nature of the purchase, and taxes handled by Google Play. Prices may vary by country or region. Your Google Play account is charged after you confirm the purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
If a subscription price changes, Google Play will provide any notice or request any consent required by its rules and applicable law. A new price will not replace your existing billing conditions unless the applicable notice or consent requirements are satisfied.
## 5. Automatic renewal
Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans automatically renew for the same billing period until canceled. Google Play charges the payment method associated with your account at the beginning of each renewal period. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the next renewal date displayed by Google Play. One-time AI uses do not renew automatically.
## 6. Trials, offers, and pending purchases
No free trial or introductory offer applies unless it is expressly shown on both the Paywall and the Google Play purchase confirmation. If an offer is available, checkout displays eligibility, offer duration, price during the offer, price and billing period after the offer, and whether it converts automatically to a paid subscription. Unless canceled before the offer ends, an eligible trial or offer converts under the conditions shown at checkout.
A one-time AI use is not a trial or subscription. A subscription or one-time purchase in Pending status does not provide the corresponding benefit or usable AI uses until Google Play confirms that it is completed.
## 7. Managing and canceling subscriptions
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the Google Play Subscription Center:

If Selfie Camera displays Manage Subscription or a Customer Center, you can also use that entry to open management or refresh status. Uninstalling Selfie Camera does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Pro access normally continues until then, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
## 8. Refunds and revocations
Canceling a subscription does not normally provide an automatic refund for the current billing period. A one-time digital product that has been successfully delivered and consumed also does not normally receive an automatic refund. Refund eligibility, timing, and processing are governed by Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. For an unauthorized purchase, an ungranted or undelivered product, or a purchase that does not work as described, you may request a refund through Google Play or contact us.

If a purchase is refunded, revoked, or charged back, the corresponding unused uses or access may be removed.
## 9. Restoring purchases and anonymous app profiles
Subscriptions are associated with the Google account used for the transaction. While signed in to the same Google account, use Restore Purchases, Manage Subscription, or the Google Play Subscription Center to refresh eligible Pro access. A purchase completed with another Google account may not be detected automatically. Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge.
Consumable one-time AI uses are also associated with the anonymous app profile used at purchase. Because Google Play may no longer return a transaction after it has been consumed, unused consumable uses may not be recoverable through Restore Purchases alone after app data is cleared, the app is reinstalled, or the device is changed. Keep the Google Play order number before taking those actions. If a legitimately purchased unused use is not restored, contact us. After verifying the order, we will provide restoration or another appropriate remedy as required by applicable law and available records.
## 10. Payment failures, grace periods, and account hold
If a renewal payment fails, Google Play may retry the payment and may apply a grace period or account hold. Pro access may continue during an applicable grace period and may be suspended or ended during account hold, pause, refund, revocation, or after expiration, based on the status reported by Google Play and RevenueCat.
## 11. Purchase and entitlement data
Google Play processes payment. Selfie Camera uses RevenueCat to obtain products, purchase status, subscription expiration, entitlements, and AI uses, and records the necessary grant, reservation, successful deduction, release, and revocation information needed to activate, restore, and manage Pro and one-time purchases. We do not receive full payment-card details from Google Play. See the Privacy Policy for related data processing.
## 12. Service changes and availability
We may adjust features for security, quality, cost, legal, platform-policy, or third-party-service reasons. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide notice or a remedy for a material change affecting paid benefits. Temporary maintenance, network problems, device incompatibility, or third-party outages do not by themselves create a permanent entitlement, but an undelivered purchase may still be handled under Google Play policy and applicable law.
## 13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app, purchase options, platform requirements, or law, and will update the effective date. No change excludes mandatory rights provided by applicable law or the applicable Google Play terms.
